Payment Policies for 2020:

  • Classes will run for 2 terms a year and consist of 4 week sessions. 

    • Fall term (August- December) and Spring term (January- May).

    • There are no classes for most of June, July and December (exact dates will be given to you in advance).

    • Once a term has ended, you are no longer enrolled or charged and will need to re-enroll for the next term. 

  • Enrollment must be completed before the start sat of the new session. No spots will be held or guaranteed until registration is complete.

    • A one time registration fee of $5 will be due at the time of registration.​

  • Classes are to be paid on time every 4 weeks at the start of the new session.

    • If joining after the start date, your first payment will be prorated, and then the following payments will be due at the start of the new session.

    • You are able to attend your class plus any other age appropriate class at any location that is not full by texting or calling at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for any vacations, missed, or cancelled classes (only extenuating circumstances will apply). 

    • You are able to make up a class at any location at any time by texting or calling at least 24 hours in advance (makeups will only apply to enrolled paying students and can not be used to pay for a new session).

  • If a withdraw or break is needed before the end of a term, it must be written and submitted in text or email at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the next session. 

    • If materials have already been ordered, you are responsible for them in the amount of $20, and hey are yours to keep.

    • If already paid for the month in full, no refund will be given, but you are able to attend class for the remainder of the session.

  • Our private facebook group is for current enrolled families only. It is a place for parenting discussions, play dates, local events, sharing pictures, etc. It is an added bonus to class but is not a requirement. 

    • If taking a break for less than 3 months, you will remain in the group and can participate in all discussions and events.

    • If withdrawing from classes, you will kindly be removed from the group and can always rejoin once enrolled again.​

 

How to pay:

  • Payments will be due at the start of each new session. 

    • if joining after the start date, your first payment will be prorated, and then the following payments will be due at the start of the next session.

  • Payment options

    • Auto-Pay: this is done through the Kindermusik website. You can choose this option when you register for classes. Your card will be charged automatically on the same date every month or you can pay in full.

    • Cash or Check: cash or checks can be given to Mrs. Lucy directly. 

    • Manually online: you can choose to pay using Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle directly to Mrs. Lucy.
